Mafelec,with its 2 subsidiaries Petercem and Stopcircuit, is committed to an ambititous growth strategy .
With more than 10% growth per year, our company invests:

– in the development of new products
– in new production equipment
– in new IT tools
– but also in human ressources with over 30 recruitments, both permanent and short term contracts ,throughout 2011 , resulting in 320 employees within the 3 companies…

This environment of growth lends itself to opportunities allowing each person to develop his/her skills and experience.
Our objective is to give each person the opportunity to build an interesting career through internal and/ or geographical mobility , on our sites in  Chimilin, Frontonas and Mâcon.

In 2011 , on average,1/3 employees followed a training course representing a total volume of 2800 hours, with key subjects such as lean manufacturing, management, foreign languages, technical training,safety and quality.All the training courses allow us to accompany the evolution of our employees and to develop the skills our company needs to grow and distinguish itself from our competitors..
